Deliveries Policy
At Dee Lanie Intelligence, we prioritise delivering your branded and unbranded products on time and in perfect condition. Our delivery service is fast, reliable, and tailored to meet the needs of our customers, whether you’re in Johannesburg, Pretoria, or anywhere across South Africa. Below is a breakdown of our delivery terms and conditions.
1. Delivery Areas
We offer nationwide delivery throughout South Africa. Our courier services ensure that your products reach you efficiently, whether you’re located in Johannesburg, Pretoria, Cape Town, Durban, or any other city or town across the country.
2. Delivery Charges
Free Delivery: Orders over R2000 qualify for free delivery.
Standard Delivery: For orders below R2000, standard delivery fees apply.
These fees will be calculated at checkout based on your location.
3. Same-Day Collection in Johannesburg & Pretoria
For customers in Johannesburg and Pretoria, we offer the convenience of same-day delivery for unbranded products. If you place your order before 11:00 AM on a business day, we will ensure your products can be collected on the same day. This service is only available for unbranded products, subject to availability and order volume.
4. Delivery Lead Time
- Unbranded Products: These products will be dispatched within 24 hours of order confirmation.
- Branded Products: Once artwork is approved, branded products will be dispatched within 3 to 7 working days. 3 being the shortest it time to complete branding on certain products and 7 being the longest time it takes to complete branding certain products.
Please note that delivery times exclude weekends and public holidays. Delivery times may vary depending on the size of the order and your location.
5. Third-Party Courier Services
All deliveries are carried out by trusted third-party courier services. Mainly including:
- The Courier Guy
- FastWa
- Aramex
- PEP Paxi
- Private courier companies
While we make every effort to ensure timely deliveries, we cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by our courier partners.
6. Delivery Confirmation
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number to monitor the progress of your delivery. You will also receive a notification when your order has been successfully delivered.
7. Order Tracking
You can track your order by visiting our courier partner’s website and entering your tracking number. If you experience any issues or delays with your order, feel free to contact us, and we will assist you in resolving the matter.
8. Delivery Damages
While we take every precaution to ensure your products are delivered safely, accidents may happen. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your products.
We will work with you to resolve the issue, whether through a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.
